"A few weeks ago a family tragedy placed me in a position where I urgently needed to find rental accommodation for myself and my wife. I therefore approached a number of Estate Agents, some were good and others were extremely rude and unhelpful. For example one of them failed to appreciate that if you are prepared to pay 2 years rent in advance, one's gross annual income is largely irrelevant. Another grilled me on my wife's disability implying that her disability might prevent me from gaining the tenancy I wanted (against the law by the way). Now the good - From start to finish Cherwell Property staff acted with a high standard of professionalism and consideration. They fully appreciated my wife's disability imposed limitations on my time and availability. Thank you Chris for visiting my home with important documentation. I was kept fully informed as the search for a property continued and WITHIN 10 DAYS I was given the keys to exactly the type of property I wanted.
