Established in 1983 by Chris Rose, and joined by her daughter Lucy Rose in 1996, Cherwell Property Services is an independent, family-run residential letting agency serving Banbury and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. Karen Murphy joined as part of the family team in 2014, further strengthening our expertise across lettings and property management.
As one of the area’s longest-established specialist letting agents, we offer extensive experience across all aspects of lettings and property management. Over time, we have also expanded into property sales, enabling us to provide a complete and seamless service to our clients.
