• Provide Tenant with copy of gas safety certificate (if applicable).
• Undertake a full Inventory and Property Condition report.
• Contact utility providers (fully managed only).
• Quote for any maintenance or refurbishment works.
• Arrange Rent Protection Cover (at extra cost if required).
