A holding deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent is required to secure the property whilst we undertake referencing and credit checks.
This holding deposit can be retained if the applicant provides misleading information, fails a Right to Rent Check, withdraws from the property, or fails to take reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy as per the terms and conditions stated on our advertising literature.
If the application is successful the holding deposit will go towards the first month's rent.

Deposit which is equivalent to 5 week's rent
ENDING A TENANCY BEFORE EXPIRY OF TENANCY
The tenancy agreement you sign is for a fixed term and the tenancy cannot be ended sooner than the expiration of the contracted period.
