LANDLORD INSTRUCTION FORM 7.7.15

At the point in which you decide to instruct us to let your property, in order for us to commence the letting procedure you will be required to complete and return the Landlord Instruction Form together with identification for yourself.

We will then arrange a meeting with you in order to take photographs and measurements, organise any safety checks, etc that are a mandatory requirement, prepare all documentation and commence the marketing of your property.

Our aim is to take away all the stress and strain of letting out your property!
