So, you have found your new ideal home!!  What do you do next?  

At this point we will need to take more detailed information from you with regard to the number of applicants, details of your employment and salary, date the property is required, etc and you will need to complete our Referencing Form which will be supplied to you on receipt of the Holding Deposit.

We will need identification for each adult in the form of photo ID and proof of current address – acceptable documentation can include:  Passport (we require to see the original), Driving Licence, financial statement (dated within the last 3 months) ie bank, credit card, utility bill, TV licence, P45/P60 and Current Tenancy Agreement (dated within the last 6 months).


We are no longer able to accept Biometric Residence Cards, Biometric Residence Permits, and Frontier Work Permits to prove an applicant's right to rent BUT we will require to see the original and take a copy for file purposes to prove your photo ID

Share Codes are required for EVERYONE requiring a VISA - You will need to visit this Government link if you do not hold a British Citizen Passport –

A share code is not required for UK and Irish nationals or BJ5SSK nationals (nationals of Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the USA) but we are required to see original passports in person.

Once the Holding Deposit is paid no further viewings will take place and the property will be advertised as “Let Subject to References”.

We will apply for references from your employer(s), your current Landlord or Letting Agent (if you have one) and carry out credit checks. This usually only takes just a few days!   Once all of this information is received by us, are approved and satisfactory, we will notify you, draw up the tenancy agreement and invite you to sign the agreement!
