Once you have found a property you will need to make an offer to the Seller. This is done through the agent who will put your offer forward to the Seller.
When your offer is accepted you will need to instruct a conveyancing solicitor. Your solicitor will check that all of your paperwork is in order and look after the details of the contract for you.
"I Don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time, as they were so fantastic.Christine at Cherwell Property, has rented out and looked after my property for over 20 years.. I just recently sold my house through the company, which was within a, two week period. The sale was quick and stress free, thanks to Christine and her team. They are professional, honest and amazingly helpful whenever I needed advise. If you want the best then this is the company to choose. Thanks!"
