However, this is not to be confused with a detailed survey that examines the structure and condition of the property. There are two main surveys that you can choose to pay to have carried out:
Full Structural Survey – this is advisable if the property is old or if you suspect that there could be potential problems.
House Buyers Report – a cheaper option that checks the visible health of the house and will recommend specific further checks is necessary.the contract for you..
"I Don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time, as they were so fantastic. Christine at Cherwell Property, has rented out and looked after my property for over 20 years.. I just resently sold my house through the company, which was within a, two week period. The sale was quick and stress free, thanks to Christine and her team. They are professional , honest and amazingly helpful whenever I needed advise. If you want the best then this is the company to choose. Thanks "
